BACKGROUND: Allison Lynn Dozbaba has more than 15 years of industry and public accounting experience. She provides comprehensive tax planning to a variety of private businesses in multiple industries throughout Arizona. She holds an Arizona CPA license and serves on the Executive Board of Treasure House.

CAREER PATH INSPIRATION: “My mom has always been an extremely hard worker and provider for our family. Growing up with a strong female role model has been part of my career path. I was treasurer for my high school class and excelled in accounting in college. Accounting seemed like a natural fit for me.”

SOURCE OF PRIDE: “My most fulfilling accomplishment is becoming a tax partner and growing my family at the same time. I have maintained a balance that works for me and my family. You can have a family life and nurture friendships while pursuing professional dreams. I encourage women to give themselves grace and help others along the way.”

SOURCE OF INSPIRATION: “Many colleagues have supported me over the years. Early in my career, one particular tax manager invested a lot of time and energy in training me. She shared technical knowledge and served as a professional mentor. I appreciated the extra time she spent helping me learn.”

SURPRISING FACT: “Some day, my husband and I would like to have a farm with as many rescue dogs as possible. We lovingly refer to this dream as the ‘dog-farm.’ We will say or text this to each other when things get stressful.”
