Capacity crowd celebrates Most Admired Companies of 2022

A capacity crowd honored Arizona’s Most Admired Companies of 2022 at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022.

“With the pandemic and inflation, Arizona businesses are coming off the most challenging year in history,” said AZ Big Media Editor in Chief Michael Gossie, who co-hosted the event with Danielle Williams. “Last year’s Most Admired Companies Awards became the first celebration in history where our hands consumed more alcohol than our mouths.”

But through all the challenges, 50 companies rose from the adversity of past couple years and earned the right to call themselves Arizona’s Most Admired Companies of 2022.

AZ Business magazine and BestCompaniesAZ team up to present the Most Admired Companies program each year and the primary goal it to find and recognize those organizations that excel in these six key areas:

• Customer opinion

• Diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Innovation

• Leadership excellence

• Social responsibility

• Workplace culture

Spotlight award winners

Besides honoring all 50 Most Admired Companies of 2022, six spotlight awards were presented to companies who excelled in the key areas:
